It is my intention to create a system that honors every clients time and energy as well as my own.  Moving into 2019 I have created a new Registration Policy and Cancellation Policy.  Please take a moment to read.

Registration Policy:

All individual sessions, group sessions, workshops and special events require registration and payment in advance to secure your space.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event you need to cancel your registration to a booking of any kind and you need to cancel a full refund will be made to you with 24 hours notice of the cancellation.  Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice NO REFUNDS will be given.

If Carolyn Michelman Coaching cancels a booking of any kind you will be refunded in FULL your registration fee.
