Carolyn uses her training as a consulting hypnotist to guide her clients into a deep state of relaxation and higher levels of consciousness where they can easily connect to the essence of their soul. At the same time Carolyn becomes one with the client’s soul and is used as an intuitive guide assisting the client to access the answers she seeks for healing, guidance, direction and personal growth.

What to expect during a Soul Entrainment® session?

We will begin the session with some discussion of "why" you are here today.  Where you feel stuck and what your goal for the session is. Then you will be guided into relaxation and the Soul Entrainment Session®  will begin.  We will close the session by talking about your experience, picking oracle cards and giving action steps to integrate the information and guidance shared during your session.

Carolyn records all the information and guidance that is shared during your session and you will go home with written notes to review and integrate.
